CRŪ Reset Retreat Introduction

Welcome to our mini 3-Day CRU Reset Retreat. This program was designed with flexibility in mind. Just like the circumstances right now, you make the best of what you can. Our nervous systems were not designed for this, but they are designed to adapt. Let this be as gentle and restorative, or as consuming as you choose. There is no wrong way to go about this, come as you are.


Here at CRŪ, we are dedicated to uplifting and bringing, not only our own self, but everyone we come into contact with, to a higher vibration. We believe in “it takes a village” mentality, and you are part of our village. This is why we created this mini retreat, to unite and bring forth an innovative way to have a sense of community! If you can't go outside, go inside.



How It Will Work:

It will be a similar setup each day.


Morning

Afternoon

  • Afternoon Pick Me Up Activity

  • Thought/Article to Reflect and Journal On

  • Demo over CRŪ’s self care items!

Optional Things You Will Need For The Challenge:

  • A writing journal and pen (or a notes section in your phone)

  • Zoom Account for our classes

Grocery Store Items

  • Slice of lemon or food grade lemon essential oil

  • 9-12 Celery Stalks

  • Blender and Cheesecloth/Nut Bag (if you do not have a juicer)

  • Spices: turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper

  • Milk of choice

  • Honey
